Now, KSTDC and Indian Railways have announced that Golden Chariot train will begin operating in March 2020.

It should be noted that Bandipur, Hampi, Badami are World Heritage Sites. The train is equipped with the amenities and comfortable facilities that one can imagine.
The Golden Chariot train has 18 coaches named after the dynasty that ruled Karnataka, 11 coaches, and each cabin is equipped with modern facilities such as Wifi connection, plasma TV and attached bathroom.
